Apparatus for taking criminalistic triple photographs

The apparatus is intended for the production of criminalistic triple photographs from three consecutive negatives of the person to be documented. Any 35 mm film camera can be used for the taking of pictures of persons; expensive single-purpose cameras and special photo-materials need not be purchased.
The MAGNI 3F apparatus allows the making of criminalistic triple photographs by a single exposure. The apparatus is provided with an exposure timer, enabling the setting of exposure times in the range between 0.1 and 99 sec.; it is also provided with a resettable picture counter. Possible variations in negative density can be compensated by changing the aperture setting for each picture.
The Magni 3F apparatus has been developed by the ELAS Brno Association in conjunction with the Prague Institute for Criminalistics and its suitability for criminalistic practice has been verified by testing.
The original design of this apparatus is a protected industrial design and was awarded by a medal at the IDET trade fair.
All criminalistic - technical laboratories of the Police of the Czech Republic will be equipped with these apparatuses for the production of criminalistic triple photographs.
