Toolkit for collecting scent evidence

Toolkit contents:
2 units clamp 250mm
2 units tweezers 250mm
1 unit scissors
10 pairs disposable gloves
1 unit transport packaging for 6 scent containers
1 unit webbing strap to carry the toolkit


All components of the toolkit are stored in a transport case. Clamps and tweezers are kept in a separate section that can be closed so as to prevent contact between tools and scent containers. The transport case provides extra space for adding one’s own material (office and writing utensils, stickers, etc.). If necessary, the toolkit contents can be customized as required. Tool sterilisation can be facilitated by means of a hot-air sterilizer by MELAG, using sterilization material by WIPAK MEDICAL and the IS 300 CD pulse sealer. A single clamp and a pair of tweezers are inserted in a disposable plastic hose which is then sealed by means of the pulse sealer and is ready for dry-air sterilization. When in the sealed state, the tools remain sterile for a period of 6 months. If tool sterilization by other methods is required (e.g. by steam), we provide ECOSTERI sterilizers and sterilization material by WIPAK MEDICAL whose self-sealing bags are best suited for this type of sterilization. The procedure itself is the same as in the dry-air method above.
